If you want to immerse yourself in a wealth of luxury, freedom and tranquility and a stone's throw from the sophisticated life of the Côte d’Azur, then you have come to the right place.
This luxury villa with all modern comfort is located on a hillside "Col du Bougnon", about 1200 meters from the Mediterranean Sea, between the famous Sainte Maxime (4 km) and Les Issambres.
The villa was completely renovated in 2017. On the ground floor you will find the spacious and tastefully furnished living room with fireplace.
In the beautifully landscaped garden (closed with an electric gate) there are several terraces where the luxurious lounge furniture and sun beds are ready for you to relax in the silence and the view of the Mediterranean sea.
The swimming pool, with 2 sun terraces, offers wonderful cooling and is heated during less hot periods April / May / June / September / October. At the end of the day you can relax in the summer kitchen for an apéro while the Weber BBQ is already doing its job for a delicious dinner. There is a charging station for electric car owners.

There is a Smart TV with satellite TV Vlaanderen and a Sony Soundbar via Bluetooth so that you can enjoy your own music.
In the spacious luxury kitchen you will find every comfort to cook with delicious regional dishes. There are also 2 spacious bedrooms on the ground floor with a luxurious bathroom with shower.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with its own luxury bathroom with bubble bath.
A little further in the garden is a separate studio, fully furnished with kitchen, living room / bedroom and bathroom. In front of the studio is a terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view.

The sandy beaches and the charming resort of Les Issambres are 1 km away and Sainte Maxime is 4 km away.
On Monday morning there is a Provencal market in Les Issambres and in the afternoon you can stroll in Saint-Tropez. Take the ferry from Saint-Maxime, so you avoid the crowds and you immediately have a nice boat trip
