Cozy holiday home in the area of ​​Montauban

The large garden has something for everyone, enjoy yourself on the sports field, trampoline, swings or table tennis or relax by the pool.

In high season there is a market twice a week in Lafrancaise (Wednesday and Sunday). And there are other daily local markets in the direct area. At weekends there is always a "Marché Gourmand" in the neighborhood where you can taste delicious food and drink in the form of local products made by local producers. The surrounding villages have several restaurants and wineries. In Cahors, Gaillac, ... there are many wine shops where you can stock up.

Furthermore, the area offers beautiful walking paths where you can walk endlessly, or if you have good stamina, you can go cycling or mountain biking. Easier cycling can also be done along the banks of the Lot. We have alls sorts of information for you in the house or online. Nearby many other leisure activities are possible such as quad biking, fishing, golfing, canoeing, adventure parks, animal parks, theme parks, and there are also several golf courses in the region.

Our comfortable, cosy detached home is especially suitable for larger families or several families travelling together. The house is 150m2 large, with on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen and cosy living room with satellite TV, DVD, stereo set, wireless internet, a bathroom with bath and double wash basins.

On the first floor are four bedrooms, a bedroom with double bed and extra wash basin, a bed room with sofa bed (sleeping one or two), a bedroom with bunkbeds plus a single bed and the fourth bedroom has two single beds and sofa bed (sleeping one or two). There is a bathroom with double wash basin, walk in shower and separate WC.

From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the private swimming pool, the sports field and the large garden with swing, trampoline and table tennis.

Piquecos is a small picturesque, hilltop village in Tarn-et-Garonne, one of the southern foothills of the Massif Central. The lovely surroundings of meadows, fields and vineyards are particularly attractive and invite you to discover the beautiful nature of the area. This also applies to the many interesting towns such Montpezat-de-Quercy, Caylus, both medieval beauties. Or Moissac (18 km) with St. Peter's Abbey Church, the water bridge over the river and fruit market.

The old pink town of Montauban (10 km) with various museums including the Musee Ingres, a monumental square with arcades and the Notre Dame Cathedral.

The beautiful Aveyron gorges between pretty Bruniquel and cute St. Antonin-Noble-Val are half an hour by car. And make sure to drive to Cordes-sur-Ciel, an unforgettably beautiful town.

At Molières (16 km) is a nice lake where you can picnic, go sailing and surfing. In Lafrançaise (5 km) is a swimming pool and a recreation lake with giant slide. Here you can also hire paddle boats, go canoeing and play tennis. Baker is at cycling distance (2 km). Grocery and restaurant in Loubejac (4 km), supermarket, bike rental and much more in Montauban. Golf Course (9 holes) at 5 km.
