The holiday home "MATUVU" is located in a residential suburb of Cotignac, three kilometers away from the center of the village. You will find peace and tranquility amidst greenery. The house is against a protected nature / forest area and is located in a dead end. The 130 m² house offers every luxury and privacy.
In addition to the 6 sun loungers, the sun-drenched terrace around the heated swimming pool also offers a shady pergola. Under the awning it is in the evening sun, delicious dining at a spacious table or relaxing in the lounge. The gas barbecue is ready for your culinary indulgences. The petanque square brings the Provencal ambiance to life. There is nowhere possible to see neighbours or casual passers-by. The garden is completely fenced and safe for pets. The pool is secured with an alarm.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, oven, ceramic stove, extractor, coffee maker, Nespresso, dishwasher, refrigerators). In addition to the dining table, the living space also has a sitting area with a fireplace. The Samsung Smart TV is not equipped with cable or satellite reception but with Samsung View, Google Chromecast and Apple TV, so you can digitally watch your favourite home programs via your mobile or computer (stream). Wireless internet and Netflix is available. An office completes this space.
Two bedrooms are equipped with a high-quality box-spring double bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. There is a built-in wardrobe in every room. The master bedroom has a spacious "en suite" bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath, toilet and sink unit. The second bathroom has a bathtub in addition to the sink furniture, the third bathroom has a shower and a second toilet. A third toilet is provided in the entrance hall.
All rooms are lime painted to emphasise the French Provencal atmosphere. All furniture is of high quality and the decoration is contemporary and stylish. In short, the ideal home to enjoy a well-earned vacation.

Cotignac is known as one of the most beautiful villages in Provence.
Cotignac has a beautiful location, it lies against an 80 meter high rock face. This four hundred meter wide limestone rock wall gives Cotignac a unique look.
The historic character of this medieval village has been well preserved. The cozy narrow streets, squares and the beautiful buildings make Cotignac a charming place.
Numerous restaurants, boutiques and artisanal studios brighten it up, plane-lined central village square.
Because of its beautiful location and charming atmosphere, Cotignac is very popular with holidaymakers.
In the immediate surroundings of Cotignac there are numerous wineries to supplement your stock of rosé wines. Good restaurants and rich markets fill your culinary desire. The shrine, Notre Dame de Grâce, dedicated to the Virgin Mary, and the carved rock dwellings are one of the most visited places in the department.
Cotignac is located in the heart of the Provence Verte, in the Var, about 20 kilometers away from the exit of the A8 motorway (exit Brignoles). Cotignac is accessible by car (1200 km Brussels-Cotignac, 1400 km Amsterdam-Cotignac), by plane (Toulon) and by TGV (Aix).
Cotignac is the ideal base to visit both the interior of Provence (Aix, Lac du Verdon, Nice, Grasse) and the Cote d'Azur. The village is 60 km from the coast. Saint-Tropez, Port Grimaud, Cannes, Fréjus, Le Lavandou, Bormes-les-mimosas and Hyeres with its islands are easily accessible.
