La Cerisaie - Gîte 2

We are Marja and Luc Simkens and together with our children Eva, Raoul and Isabelle we bid you welcome to La Cerisaie.

Maison bourgeoise:

In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Haut Languedoc, at the foot of Mont du Somail, located 4 km from St Pons de Thomières village Riols. There you will find 'La Cerisaie', a charming 19th century Maison bourgeoise.

La Cerisaie has a private parking and a large, leafy garden. Here you can enjoy in the spring of the song of the nightingale and the lovely blossom of the cherry trees. In June you can indulge in a plethora of different types of delicious cherry.

The ideal location of La Cerisaie makes it possible to undertake a variety of activities and enjoy the Languedoc, for example:

Cycling and Mountain-biking:

La Cerisaie is 250 meters altitude in the valley of the Jour / Orb, between the Montagne Noir with a maximum height of 700 meters, and the L'Espinose with a maximum altitude of 1100 meters.

Walk:

There are many walks in a beautiful piece of unspoiled nature, for a sporting or recreational day out. You can also accompanied by a French guide make noric walking tour.

Wave:

In the vicinity of La Cerisaie are two golf courses, both at a distance of about 30 minutes.

Day Trips:
