An oasis of calm prevails in and around this quality restored stone house.

It is surrounded by fields and forests.

Capacity: max 8 persons

The change day for our house is Sunday so you have less trafic on the French roads and no trucks.

Ground floor:

    - Large kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave ...)

    - Living room with sofa, library and fireplace.

    - Second large living space with large windows and south terrace (DVD player)

    - 2 bedrooms en suite with double bed (180x210 and 180x200)

    - Separate toilet

1st floor:

    - Tower room with a double bed (180x200)

    - Very spacious bedroom with two single beds (80x190)

    - Bathroom with toilet

Outside:

- Heated swimming pool (12mx6m - heated to 24 ° from May 1 to Sept. 30 if weather permits) surrounded by a large enclosed patio with 7 deck chairs and 2 umbrellas

- Covered patio where you can always eat outside (barbecue)

- Garden with swing
