Le Grand Passié, in the Aude department, is a recent building, very comfortable, that borders the picturesque village of Massac.
Sun-drenched and pleasant, the large living room, the terrace and the swimming pool make your stay relaxing and exotic. Memorable moments in the mountainous Corbieres countryside, with family or friends await you.
Le Grand Passié is located in the valley of the former vineyards, in the middle of the "garrigue" of thyme, lavender, alpine roses and holm oaks. A bright villa with a large bright lounge, 4 bedrooms, a children's room, 2 kitchens equipped with every comfort, a large sunny terrace with swimming pool and a guest house.

Located 1.5 hours from the sea and 2 hours from the Pyrenees, the cottage offers an unforgettable stay in complete freedom, depending on your wishes of the day or the moment.
The surrounding landscape, the relaxing swimming spots in rivers with waterfalls demand relaxation and daydreams.

The bright villa consists of 2 houses, one large and one small, you have everything for you, the swimming pool, the 2 houses, the 150 m² terrace and the surrounding garden. Very suitable for a large or multiple families.

Out of season, from September to June, you can also rent the large house alone only for 8 people.

For your privacy the guest house will not be rented out.
The small house is not available from October to April.

The house is surrounded by a wooden terrace of 200 m2 with a lovely swimming pool in the middle.

There is a barbecue and garden furniture is abundantly present. In fact, there are 2 separate houses, with all the modern luxuries.

The main house has 3 large bedrooms, 2 “ensuite” (with own bathroom). One of the bedrooms has access to a little additional bedroom with a bunk bed.

The large open kitchen with patio doors to the terrace, is equipped with all comforts. American fridge with ice machine, large gas stove, 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher etc…….

Everything for a lazy stay.

The large dining room is equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs to relax. A large flat screen TV with decoder for French TV / radio reception is also available. A DVD-CD player is present.

The guest house has 1 bedroom, a kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, and a bathroom. Here too are 3 large French glass doors onto the wooden terrace.

Le Grand Passié is located in the Pays Cathares, the land of the Cathars. A beautiful historic area.

The location of the house is ideal for visiting these special castles.

But not only the medieval antiquity is plentiful, also the prehistoric dolmens, the Roman tile oven, the former hidden water mills, in the immediate surroudings are a sight. The walks from Le Grand Passié to it are more than worth the effort.

Le Grand Passié is located in the middle of "Natura 2000", wonderful scents, clean air and endless nature.
A quiet lake is located 500 meters away, where you can barbecue, swim, sunbathe and relax. a little further away waterfalls with pools, deep and shallow, with wonderfully fresh crystal clear water.

Visiting various wine caves is also possible, for tasting delicious dry rosé or white wines, or the dark red.
