LA POUJADE Caylus

Domain La Poujade is situated on the outskirts of the little, medieval village of Caylus, on the countryside. Our over 150 years old, renovated farm accommodates various gîtes.

You are free to enjoy all of the garden, terraces and pool (10mx5m) as you please.

Children can play in the orchard on the trampoline.

Indoor and outdoor games (board games, badminton, petanque ...) are at everyone's disposal.

We receive everyone in a family atmosphere.

Located at the back of the house, the cottage offers privacy. From your terrace you have a breathtaking view over the neighboring fields and hills.

With its surface of about 75m2, our gîte can accommodate up to 5 people.

There are 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 3 single beds), 2 bathrooms with a shower and toilet, 1 kitchen/dining room/ sitting room.

Kitchen equipment: Gas hob with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, dinnerware, cutlery and cookware.

Private terrace with chairs and parasol.

Barbecue, WiFi. Parking space.

A cot and highchair are available for free (to ask at time of reservation).

Sheets and bath towels are available for hire (to ask at time of reservation).

The undulating landscape is perfect for walks and bicycle tours. Other sporting activities (horse riding, climbing, speleology, paragliding, …) can be found in the neighboring villages.

Centrally located in between interesting bigger cities (Montauban, Cahors, Albi, Toulouse, Rodez) and nice little medieval villages (Najac, Cordes sur Ciel, and St Antonin Noble Val, St Circq Lapopie, Penne, Bruniquel).

The nearest vineyards are: Cahors, Gaillac and Quercy.

The weekly markets in the neighborhood will provide you with all kinds of regional products to put together your menu. But there are also restaurants in the neighborhood where you can eat at reasonable prices.
