Le Paradis Bleu I

Welcome in "Le Paradis Bleu I", a very charming house, with strictly private pool and sea view. The house is just steps away from "Le paradis bleu II." The house is perfect for a family with 2 to 3 kids or 2 couples. In the South people are living outside so the spacious terrace overlooking the pool, entirely in the Provençal style, is the showpiece of the house.

"Entre mer et nature (Between sea and countryside)" is quite appropriately the slogan of the tourist office of the unsurpassed coastal town of La Londe les Maures.

Perhaps the greatest asset of the house is the terrace with swimming pool. The terrace is south- and sun-oriented The colors are typically Provencal, mixed with a touch of North African charm. The terrace is completely covered and very spacious.

It is entirely walled and thus truly private. At the left you’ll find a blue wrought iron lounge, and at the right the "cuisine d'été (summer kitchen)” with a freezer, a (gas) barbecue and a wrought iron round table. From the terrace you have a wonderful sea view, while left of it you can admire the green nature of the Massif des Maures.

Centrally situated in the garden is the pool and right of it the shelter with a large table and chairs in teak. Garden furniture is well provided for. The pool (25m ²) is completely private and available to the guests; at night the swimming pool is nicely lit, along with the rest of the garden.

Parking lot no 108 belongs to the house and can be used by our tenants. It is situated just past the house on the right side (the second parking lot starting from the right). To reach the house from the street you have to mount approximately 15 steps.

The house has 2 bedrooms. There is also a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Having breakfast we do outside under the shelters, next to the swimming pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an American refrigerator, a microwave and a conventional oven, a dishwasher and a Senseo coffee-maker. Sleeping accommodation is provided for a maximum of 6 persons.

Two bedrooms have a double bed and in the living room there is also a sofa-bed (sofa convertible into a bed). The living room and the yellow bedroom are air conditioned. You will be welcomed into the house with the beds fully covered and plenty of dishcloths and towels.

For service and the use of bed linen and towels you pay € 12 per person. The bathroom is fairly new and equipped with a shower and a sink; the washing machine is located here as well.

The living room is furnished with a wooden table and four chairs. A wireless internet connection – as to be able to maintain contact with your office or your friends – is available as well. Families with small children can always ask for a cot and a baby chair.

On any documentation of the Tourist Office of La Londe you will find the slogan "Entre mer et nature (Between sea and countryside)" And this indeed says it all.

The Domaine de Valcros lies against the flanks of the Massif des Maures, a forest area enjoyed enormously bij hikers and bikers. Wine lovers can discover the wonderful wines from La Londe.

Every time you come down the hill, you will enjoy the ride through the vineyards of Chateau Mara Venne (highly recommendable red and rosé wine!). For sun lovers there are the beautiful beaches of La Londe itself at about 10 km from of the Mas .

These beaches are qualified with the European 'Blue Flag’ eco-label for its water quality. Plage Pellegrin, a little further towards Fort de Bregançon is a real gem with lots of shade and greenery. An absolute must are the islands at the coast of La Londe: Porquerolles, Port Cros and Ile de Levant.

Paradisiacal beaches, magnificent bays and a wild, unspoiled coastline. Sensational to explore by mountain bike or on foot! The boat to these islands leaves in the morning at Port Miramar. Here also the water sports enthusiasts will find their little paradise.
