This lovely villa for 2-10 persons with private heated pool is located in St.-Paul-en-Forêt on the Côte d'Azur near the fashionable resorts of Cannes, Nice and St. Tropez. The villa is situated in the beautiful hilly hinterland of the Pays de Fayence with the Lac de Saint-Cassien and numerous wineries (Côte de Provence) and a stone's throw from the Gorge du Verdon. In the neighborhood there are several hiking and moutainbike trails and at 10 km from the villa is the exclusive 18-hole golf course Terre Blanche. Enough to do in the area! Did you know that this is the region with the most hours of sunshine from all over France?

This villa features 4 bedrooms, 3 nice bathrooms with hairdryer, washing machine, a very spacious living room with television and a luxury kitchen with marble worktop, hot air oven, steamer, plate heater, induction, dishwasher, coffee machine, very large fridge and spacious separate freezer. The bedrooms have spacious closets and shutters to ensure adequate darkness when sleeping. The villa has reversible air conditioning.

Outside we have a spacious terrace with barbecue, petanque, swimming pool and olive trees where the garden ends in infinite forest. 2.5 ha is own forest belonging to the villa. The swimming pool is with salt electrolysis treatment which is better for the skin than chlorine. The pool is heated as from April till mid November.

Everything is spacious for 10 people. There is wifi available and plenty of private parking space. The villa is located in a quiet residential area with views of the wooded valley. 

Between sea and mountains everyone will find happiness, children, young and old, family and friends. The most beautiful beaches of the Côte d'Azur are at less than 30 minutes: Cannes, St Raphael, Ramatuelle and St Tropez with their lovely atmosphere and the charms of vineyards of the hills of the Provence. You are in the middle of the typical small villages amongst which the most beautiful of France (Seillans) and the lake of St Cassien is 10 min away. You can go horse riding and walking between vineyards and in the mountains and ski resorts are at 40 minutes drive.

The villa is located in a quiet area and offers complete privacy. You will find the bakery, restaurants and cosy places for taking a coffee or ricard are at 5 minutes from the villa. There are several supermarktes at 10min drive from the place.

The villa is situated near the lac du Rioutard which is a nice hiking tour to do from the villa.
