Villa La Vue Tourrettane

La vue Tourettane is an authentic French charming house with a panoramic view of the surroundings of Fayence, which extends to the Esterel massif.

The house is located on a 1 hectare property spread over several restanques. Everything is there to experience a wonderful family holiday: a lockable heated swimming pool, a swing, a ping pong table, a jeu de boules court, a piece of grass with a goal, an electric plancha, complete "Paella" set for outside with gas bottle,.. .

The village of Tourettes is 1.5 km away and can be reached on foot. In the vicinity is also the Terre Blanche Golf & Spa resort and the aero club for sports and glider enthusiasts.

This villa consists of a main house and a renovated annex. This makes the house ideal for several families with children. The house has a striking franco-belge design in which a combination is made of brocante with more modern items. On the walls hang countless frames with paintings and portraits that you can stare at for hours.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a cozy fireplace and large sofa. There is a staircase that leads to a spacious mezzanine, where there are 2 workplaces at a spacious desk. There is a dining table that can be extended and more than enough crockery in different styles. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences while retaining the authentic kitchen cabinets. There is an AGA gas stove with several ovens. In the kitchen is a storage room with American fridge, washing machine and dryer.

In the main house there are 2 bedrooms. These two are connected via an inner door that can also be closed. There is 1 double room with bathroom with a bath with shower in bath option, single sink and a separate toilet. The other room is a family room with a double bed and a bunk bed. From this family room there is another staircase to the top, where there is a smaller room with a single bed and all kinds of games and toys. This room also has a private bathroom with a single sink, shower and toilet. In the separate renovated annex, which you can reach through an outside door, there is a large entrance with cozy sofas and a TV with DVD player. There are two bedrooms with comfortable box springs and each with its own bathroom with toilet. One bathroom has a shower and the other a bath.

There is air conditioning in 1 bedroom. The house generally keeps quite cool during the summer because of the traditional building style with thick walls. There is a fan in the annex.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful Provencal garden on different floors, located in a wooded area. To the right of the house there is a bowling alley and a piece of grass with a goal to play football. On the left above the house there is a lounge corner with two hanging chairs where you can enjoy the beautiful view in peace. To the left of the house, through a gate you will reach the large fenced swimming pool of 11 x 4 meters. The pool is sloping and has a depth of about 1.5 to 2.5 meters. The pool can be heated and has a pool cover. Around the pool is a terrace with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The house itself has a covered terrace with a dining table, an electric plancha and a refrigerator. In the front garden there is also a cozy lounge chair and there is another sitting area under the Mûriers to enjoy the beautiful sunset! Because the garden is built in different levels, you should keep an eye out if there are small children in your company.

La vue Tourettane is located in the hinterland of Provence, between countless authentic French villages such as Seillans, Fayence, Tourrettes, Callian, Montauroux,... each with its own charm. Just a few kilometers away is the large lake of Saint-Cassien, where you can swim, sup, pedal boat, kayak or rent a boat. In the summer there are cozy bars at various locations that offer water sports and courses in the water. Those who prefer to go to the beach can reach the beaches of Cannes, Mandelieu-La-Napoule, Théoule-sur-Mer and Fréjus in less than an hour. This is also an excellent location for golf enthusiasts, close to several golf courses such as Golf de Terre Blanche (10 minutes), Golf de Saint Andréol (30 minutes), Golf de Cannes Mandelieu (35 minutes).
