This recently renovated bastide is situated in a unique location in the pearl of “Parc Naturel du Lubéron”. Hikers and cyclists will find what they are looking for here via marked routes. A day here does not have to be boring. In many authentic mountain villages, such as Gordes, Ménerbes or Lourmarin, Oppède, Saignon, time has stood still and the surroundings form a beautiful backdrop.
The bastide is beautifully furnished, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a mezzanine with two extra beds. At the front of the equipped kitchen you have a beautiful conservatory where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The landscape of this place is breathtaking.
Entering the spacious hall you will notice the 'secured' gun cabinet, the Luberon is known for hunting. The kitchen, fully equipped, is already in your sight: oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, dishwasher: everything is there to let you cook pleasantly and quickly. In the storage room you will find a washing machine, dryer and cleaning materials.
Adjoining a veranda with the possibility of dining with 10 people; in the central part of the house you will find a lounge with smart TV, including an office. Nice and original decoration of the whole.
On the left side of the house on the ground floor are bedroom 1 with a 180*200 bed, bedroom 2 with a 160*200 bed, including a mezzanine for children with 2* a 90*200 mattress.
Common to these 2 rooms is a bathroom with bath, shower and sink and a separate toilet.
On the upper floor you will find the 'chambre parentale' with bed 180*200, bathroom with sink, shower and separate toilet.
Air conditioning is provided everywhere, and a charging station is at your disposal.
The typical Borrie by the pool (the characteristic of the area) reflects the true characteristics of the bastide. There are two fountains, one in the garden and one in the left wing of the house. These provide a pleasant feeling during the long summer nights. The well-thought-out lighting brings you into the quiet evening mood, time for a nice and or romantic chat in the pleasant lounge. Do you want to spend a relaxing day in your pool? The sunbeds around the pool provide extra luxury, with a beautiful view of the rolling landscape, a beautiful extension of the extensive garden. The pleasant setting is mainly formed by cypresses, olive trees and oleanders, borders of rosemary complete the whole.
In the large area you will not only find a refreshing swimming pool, but also a pool house, a fountain and a petanque. In the evening you can barbecue on the terrace and enjoy typical Provencal dishes and a local wine. While enjoying your meal, you can look out over the illuminated garden & pool, creating a romantic atmosphere in the beautiful setting.
