Luxurious and comfortable villa in Valbonne with private pool, close to Biot, Grasse, Antibes, Juan les Pins, Mougins and just 12 km from Cannes and 30 km from Nice Airport.
Our holidayhome is located at Domaine Val d'Azur with 3 tennis courts and a large communal pool. Next to the park is a large Carrefour and bakery.
Prices from 1950 per week to 3650 per week including water, electricity, free wifi - plus mandatory end cleaning 150 and optional linen hire 30 pp. Cleaning and linen will be deducted from the deposit at 750

PLEASE NOTE: A minimum stay of 2 weeks in July and August may be applicable.
There is a cozy sitting room with fireplace, separate area with wooden dining table and a mezzanine with seating area. From the living room you enter the kitchen with all amenities, such as a (Miele), dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator.
A washing machine, dryer and an extra refrigerator / freezer can be found in the garage. There are 3 airconditioned bedrooms, all on the ground floor, each with two single beds.
There are two bathrooms, renovated beginning 2017 both with shower, toilet and washbasin
Our house is located between Valbonne and Biot - both charming Provencal villages with a variety of restaurants, and delicious food shops (escpecially in Valbonne)
