La Rabouillère is an authentic stone house, renovated in 2020 on a flat plot of 4100m2. The house is at the end of a private road of 100 meters.
The house enjoys a nice garden, where the sun is guaranteed all day. There is a beautiful view of the village of Fayence on the north side of the villa. The property has a large swimming pool of 10 x 5m with a heat pump which gives the possibility of swimming out of season. The pool is protected by an electric shutter and is very convenient for small children thanks to the wide steps.
The property has a lot of charm and can accommodate 10 people.

The house offers all modern technology (including charging station for electric cars!) and was renovated with care in November 2020 to keep its charm. Inside, the massive wooden beams and stone floor have been preserved. The building materials were chosen with great care and the house has double glazing and air conditioning in all bedrooms.
The living room is comfortably furnished with an attractive fireplace in the sitting area and there is a cozy dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the ground floor there are 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are double rooms on the left side of the house. There is a spacious bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. There is also a family room on the right side of the house, on the other side of the covered terrace. It consists of a children's room with two bunk beds, which can accommodate 2 baby cots, and a master bedroom. There is also a second shower room here. On the ground floor there are also 2 separate toilets.
The first floor is ideal for a family with 2 children. There is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and sink. There is also a bedroom with two single beds. There is a shower room with a dressing room.
Both rooms are also air-conditioned and there is a separate toilet.
The house is surrounded by a stone terrace. On the south side, the terrace is covered with beautiful trumpet flowers, which provide enough shade during the hot afternoon hours. This terrace is also equipped with a stone table overlooking the garden and pool. On the north side there is a boules court, also with a large stone table for a cozy dinner at sunset and with a view of Fayence. The house also has a beautiful covered summer kitchen, where there is a wooden table 3 meters long and a plancha.
It is the ideal place to have meals in the shade with a beautiful view of both the south and north sides.
La Rabouillère is located in the hinterland of Provence, between numerous villages (Seillans, Fayence, Tourrettes, Callian, Montauroux), next to the large lake of Saint-Cassien (10km), close to several golf courses (Golf de Terre Blanche 10 minutes, Golf de Saint Andréol 30 minutes, Golf de Cannes Mandelieu 35 minutes) and a short distance from the beautiful beaches of the Côte d'Azur (30 km from Cannes).
