Bastide Des Combes is a beautiful holiday home on a fenced plot of 3000m2. You can enjoy the aperitif on the terrace in the shade of a wrought iron awning overlooking the L-shaped swimming pool. The house consists of a main house and an apartment, but the apartment is not rented. The old Bastide was completely restored a few years ago, with all the old details preserved. The house and garden are also very tastefully decorated.

EXTERIOR
Bastide des Combes is a beautiful 15-person country house on a plot of 3000m2. Shaded by a 12x5m wrought iron awning on the terrace, you can enjoy an aperitif and the fantastic view over the swimming pool. The L-shaped swimming pool (8×6 meters) offers you a refreshing swim from the wide, easily accessible beach and it is equipped with an alarm system to protect the little ones.
There are 10 sun loungers and plenty of seating areas to enjoy. You will find both sun and shade under the trees and by the pool you will find massive chestnut trees and lime trees, which guarantee the necessary cooling from the sun. The house also offers a nice barbecue.
The garden is completely enclosed on the east side with a fence. You will find a typical Provencal garden with the lavender blooming profusely in early summer, plants such as olives and fig trees, Indian lilacs, hydrangeas, laurel and other exotic plants. There is a special area to park your car on the property.
And don't forget to use the Jeu de boule court.
INTERIOR
Bastide des Combes is a beautiful Provencal bastide from the last century. The bastide was lovingly renovated by the owners in 2011, preserving many of the authentic features. The tasteful, carefully chosen decor makes the bastide a real jewel in the heart of the Uchaux Massif.
With 370 square meters, the bastide can accommodate up to 15 people in seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, for maximum comfort. The dining and living room (80m²) with ceilings à la française offers direct access to the terrace and garden facing south. The bastide has a typical Provencal kitchen with a large 5-burner gas stove and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave (oven and grill combination), American fridge with ice and water dispenser and an extra refrigerator.
The house is heated with a beautiful fireplace and electric heating, making it comfortable even in low season. In the house there is wireless internet (Wi-Fi), large 134cm flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The apartment, adjacent to the main house, is not rented. This is for private use only. Of course, the privacy of the guests is guaranteed and the owners will not be present when the main house is rented.
There are many Provencal bistros and restaurants in the vicinity. A must is the restaurant Bruno in Lorgues, widely known as "the truffle king". There are atmospheric terraces in medieval surroundings where you can enjoy a glass of rosé under the plane trees. The area is also characterized by old wine chateaux, where you can taste and buy wine almost everywhere at the chateau.
