Close to Thiviers and Brantome and about an hour from Périgueux and Limoges, we are ideally placed for exploring all the Dordogne has to offer.

Maison Du Maitre - This attractive and very spacious house (approx. 200m2) used to be the original residence of La Saucisserie and is packed with authentic features and architecture. It has recently been completely renovated and is equipped with all conveniences, has 5 spacious bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 adults and 4 children. It has 4 double bedrooms (one with ensuite) for adults or kids and one kids room for 4 with two double bunk beds. The south facing garden has a large terrace, private heated pool and lawn areas.

La Cour - This spacious (approx. 140m2) and attractive gite is a guest favourite and has recently been completely renovated. It has 3 large bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children comfortably. You enter the living room through the large entrance door of your own courtyard. The high beamed ceiling and the preserved original details give this holiday home a special ambiance. The attractive living room has a comfortable sofa and chairs. On the left is a passage to the equipped kitchen with Ninja air fryer and microwave, dining area and bathroom.

Walnut - This cozy Gite is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Through your own enclosed garden, you come to the front door that gives direct access to the living room with dining area and the open kitchen. The living room has a comfortable sofa, TV and Firestick. The dining area has a dining area for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, including washing machine, dishwasher, gas 4 ring hob and microwave/Ninja Air fryer.

Chestnut - This cozy Gite is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Through your own enclosed garden you come to the front door that gives direct access to the living room with dining area and the open kitchen. The living room has a sitting area TV and Firestick. The dining area has a dining area for 4 people and it has a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, gas 4 ring hob and microwave/ Ninja air fryer.

Our 2ha (5 acres) of gardens are a haven of peace and tranquility. Relax by the stream or at the top of the hill with stunning views over the Foret de Vieillecour. The newly planted orchards and potager are bearing fruit already and the newly dug pond is a haven for wildlife which surprises every day.

Our licensed bar, Le Petit Cochon provides a relaxed place to try the locally brewed Perigord Beers over a game of darts or pool.

For children there is plenty of space to run free along with swings, slide, a large in-ground trampoline, giant chess, sit on tractors, table tennis table, badminton net, small football pitch, golf sets and soft archery. There are also sun loungers, picnic tables and seats in the general garden by the main pool to relax and/or to have a chat.

We have two heated swimming pools. The larger shared pool is 11m x 5m with secure fencing and gate, and hard cover. In 2026 we open the new private pool 8m x 4m in the enclosed Maison du Maitre garden.

Cycling and walking are popular in the area and there are plenty of trails that run through the village. And if you want to explore the Périgord Vert, you will find plenty of things to do, from the local swimming lake to castles and karting.
