The name “Lieu Unique” says it all. This beautiful villa, which is suitable for 2 – 8 people, is located in a unique spot in the park.

The villa has a heated private swimming pool and is located on the outskirts of the 4-star villa park Domaine "les RIVES DE L'ARDÈCHE" in Vallon Pont d'Arc, southern France.

The plot of approximately 950 m2 has a beautifully landscaped garden, which provides a lot of privacy with unobstructed views over adjacent vineyards and the mountains. The garden has a spacious lawn with several sheltered seating areas. You can dream away under a plane tree, read a good book under the shelter of French trees and dine with the whole family under the pergola covered with grape vines.

A large terrace with flagstones embraces the heated swimming pool (approx. 24 degrees) of 9.5 x 4.10 meters with a wonderful (warm) outdoor shower. All attributes for the garden and swimming pool are stored in the accompanying garden house, such as sun beds, parasol and an electric Weber Barbecue.

The garden is fully illuminated in the dark and is enclosed with a solid fencing and 3 lockable garden gates. The lighting switches off automatically at midnight, the lighting at the front door and the carport remains on for you as long as it is dark.

The holiday home has a large covered terrace with blower, there is good working WiFi internet, TV/radio with Dutch and Belgian channels, there are 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an indoor terrace.

Villa "Lieu Unique" is comfortably furnished in a contemporary style for up to 8 people and is equipped with all the comfort you could wish for a wonderful holiday. There is a charging station for your electric/hybrid car: use of this costs €25 per week. Advance registration required.

The living room and the two bedrooms on the ground floor have air conditioning. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have an excellent modern ceiling fan that also provides wonderful cooling. All opening windows are equipped with roller screens against unwanted insects.

Ground floor: hall, toilet, storage cupboard with washing machine/dryer/ironing iron/vacuum cleaner and drying rack. Two spacious bedrooms: one with patio doors, a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and LED TV. From this room you go outside under the pergola covered with grape vines.

The other bedroom has 2 extra long single beds and a wardrobe.

Between the 2 bedrooms is the spacious bathroom with bath, shower and sink. Separate toilet. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

Large living room with 2 sliding doors, high ceiling, 2x three-person sofas and 2 armchairs, dresser, well-stocked bookcase; walk through to the dining room with table and chairs and through to the rural open kitchen. This comfortable kitchen is equipped with all the equipment you could wish for, such as a ceramic hob, oven/microwave, dishwasher, 2x refrigerator and 1x freezer with 4 drawers. Television with reception of Dutch and Belgian channels and WiFi internet available.

Single beds: in the large bedroom these are extra long beds of 210 cm; 2nd bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. Bedrooms have a modern ceiling fan which also provides wonderful cooling.

From the hall there is an access door to an indoor terrace - loggia - where an inviting seating area is ready for you. The 3rd bedroom upstairs is closed for rental.

With its beautiful landscape and unique sights, the Ardèche is one of the most beautiful tourist destinations. The south of the Ardèche, where Vallon Pont d'Arc is located, is Provencal, so it has a sunny climate. There are limestone plateaus with green oaks, lavender and olive trees, caves and the rivers Beaume, Chassezac and the Ardèche. The rivers are suitable for every rowing pleasure, from calm water for beginners to extreme waterfalls for the daredevils.

Trips

There is a truly beautiful nature, which offers inexhaustible opportunities for many sporting activities such as hiking, canoeing, kayaking, canyoning, jumping and horse riding. But you can also swim, (fly) fish, cycle and mountain climb. Be sure to visit the famous Chauvet caves, just a 15-minute drive from this holiday home.

In high season, the Reception, in collaboration with the park manager, offers: bread service (order 1 day in advance), petanque tournament, football tournament, children's disco, horse riding, canoe trips, wine tasting with the option of renting a scooter. Announcements about this can be found at the reception building and will be sent to you by email during your stay.

There is a folder with many brochures in the house. You will also receive an information brochure with fun trips and tips.

At the 4-star villa park "Les Rives de l 'Ardèche" in Vallon Pont d'Arc in the South Ardeche, you can exclusively choose from 19 villas at Meander Holiday Homes. All villas are well furnished and have every comfort. The Villa Park itself has a beautiful large swimming pool with a separate toddler area, a terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The park with the terrace and various (sports) facilities is only accessible to guests of this villa park.
