Villa Lavender is suitable for 2 to a maximum of 6 people (including babies) and owes its name to the beautiful lavender-colored Provencal shutters and the various lavender plants in the garden.

The villa has air conditioning in the living room and in the 5 bedrooms (can be used for both cooling and heating). Of course, there are also plenty of sunbeds, garden sets, a lounge set and 3 parasols.

This holiday home is one of the largest types of villas in the villa park and therefore has a very spacious living-dining room with no fewer than 3 sliding doors, a modern luxury kitchen with dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, 2x a refrigerator, 1 with three freezer drawers.

The kitchen is of course equipped with sufficient good quality crockery, glassware, pans, oven dishes, bread boards, knife sets, etc.

In the spring of 2023, the entire house will be equipped with new furnishings, rooms will have beautiful paintwork, see the photos. Owners ask tenants to treat this with respect.

In the living room heating is possible via electric heaters and via the 6 air conditioning units with remote control.

In this environment you often eat outside; there is a beautiful spacious dining table with chairs. A large electric Weber barbecue or an XL grill plate is also ready for you. The garden faces south-west, so you have sun all day long. If you wish, you can seek shade under the covered terraces or under one of the parasols.

The living room has a corner sofa, 3 armchairs, coffee table, side table, dresser, TV cabinet with large television and is comfortably furnished.

Three sliding doors provide access to 2 spacious covered terraces. In this environment you often eat outside; there is a spacious dining table with comfortable chairs. The garden faces south-west, so you have sun all day long. If you wish, you can seek shade under the covered terraces.

The villa is equipped with a large television with, among other things, all Dutch and 2 Belgian and various channels. other channels; of course you have good and reliable WiFi internet here.

  In the hall there is access to the separate (3rd) toilet and a storage cupboard containing the washing machine, vacuum cleaner and storage space.

From the hall there is also access through a door to a small hall with access to 2 bedrooms; the bathroom with a bath and shower, sink and toilet.

The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor both have French doors and Provencal shutters.

The Master bedroom has a luxurious AUPING bed with electrically adjustable spirals at the head end (and manually adjustable at the foot end) measuring 2x90x210 cm. Ideal for tall people! The bedroom is equipped with shutters and curtains, wardrobe, chair, bedside tables and reading lamps, duvets and pillows and bed linen (special service: made up when you arrive).

The other bedroom on the ground floor has 2x a single box spring bed of 80x200 cm, French doors, shutters, curtains, cupboard, chair, bedside tables, mirror, reading lamps, etc.

Stairs in the hall to the top floor with access to the indoor terrace with a lounge set; from the hall access to the 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom has a luxurious double Auping bed, 2 fully electrically adjustable coils with 2 mattresses of 2x90x200 cm.

The 2nd bedroom on the top floor has 2 x single Auping beds measuring 90x200 cm with electrically adjustable coils. Bedroom 4 has 2x 1 pers. Auping bed with electrical control of the spirals. The 5th bedroom has 1 bed and 1 sofa bed that can be converted into a single bed. This room can also accommodate a camping cot (there are 2 available).

This spacious villa with 5 bedrooms is located in the luxurious 4-star villa park Les Rives de l'Ardèche and has a staircase that takes you to the shore and the Ardèche river in about a 2-minute walk. Here you will see canoeists, you can play in the water with an air mattress or a "crocodile" or paddle with your inflatable boat, have a picnic there, or walk to the other side via the stone bridge. In the villa park, which is spacious and very quietly located, you can use the service via the Reception such as buying bread in the high season (order 1 day in advance), cup of coffee/cappuccino, soft drinks, wine, draft beer, ice cream and snacks.

You can also book a canoe trip here and you will be picked up and delivered with one of the vans of the canoe rental companies or you can start at the bottom of the villa park! There are tours from 8 to 34 km.

The environment here is mountainous, very sunny (300 days a year), with often cloudless blue skies and an average summer temperature of approximately 32-36 degrees. In April/May/September/October it is almost always between 20-30 degrees and plenty of sun.

The private swimming pool measures 9.40 x 4.10 m and is heated at approximately 25 degrees during the entire rental season from April 26 to October 20, 2024, so you can make use of this facility very early. It has a luxurious and safe electrically operated roller deck that you can easily lock by turning a key. This keeps the water nice and warm and clean. Of course, the swimming pool is maintained weekly by professionals and the floor is cleaned.

As a guest of the villa park you can also use the large general swimming pool with a paddling pool. You are of course also welcome on the 2 tennis courts, the basketball court, the 3 jeu de boules courts, the outdoor table tennis table, the small playground with seesaws, a playhouse and the fitness equipment. You can also use the facilities that the Reception under NL management offers you (including happy hour, meeting with sporting companies, the pizza truck comes once a week, etc.). During the May holidays and in the high season, fun activities are regularly organized such as a football or jeu de boules tournament, cycling or walking tour, and wine tasting. The activities are posted at the Reception. It is also nice to enjoy all the activities on the terrace or the lounge corner or perhaps talk to some other people. Children often quickly find a friend here during their holiday. The guests of the villa park are mainly Dutch and Belgians, so there is no language barrier.

There is also a lot to discover here for sporty cyclists; the surroundings are absolutely beautiful! How about the cycling climb to Sampzon, for example. You can already see the mountain from your garden! You can bring your own bicycles or rent them about 1 km away. distance. There is a ladies' bicycle at the holiday home so you can cycle to the bakery just outside the villa park.

The villa park is also a nice starting point for hikers. In the area you can also go horse riding, gliding, visit the lavender museum in St. Remèze, canoeing of course, visit medieval villages, but above all enjoy the peace, space, nature and the almost always beautiful weather. By the way: you can also enjoy reading your books by your own private swimming pool and having a BBQ!

Pets are definitely not allowed in this villa.

Activities: you can rent a canoe, the sporty "canyoning", lavender museum, the beautiful "Caverne du Pont d'Arc" and other pre-historic caves with beautiful lighting and music with a good explanation via headphones, there are markets every morning the week and once a week in the evening, a visit to the bamboo gardens, gliding, mountain biking, horse riding, crocodile farm, the Adventure climbing park for a better Scouting feeling, the go-kart track, the nougat factory in Montelimar, the towns of Aubenas, Vals les Bains, centuries-old and picturesque villages such as Labaume, Vogue, Barjac, Bannes.
