The holiday home has a quiet location on the Domaine. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. The house has been completely renovated by the new owners and is equipped with new beds and air conditioning in the bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms with a spacious walk-in shower, washbasin, towel radiator and hanging toilet. All bedrooms, bathrooms and the kitchen window are equipped with insect screens.

House is also suitable for people with reduced mobility; the terrain is namely completely flat and you have a walk-in shower on the ground floor.

There is a heated private swimming pool (7.00x3.50 and 140 cm deep) with steps on both sides with a step across the entire width on which you can sit comfortably. The bath is safely closed with an electrically operated roller shutter, which also keeps the water warm and clean. The swimming pool is located in the sunny south-facing garden of 714 m2 and has complete privacy due to a dense hedge around it and has a grass and terrace with plenty of sun loungers, a parasol and seating areas. Garden is completely fenced.

You spend a lot of time outside in this area: the (covered) terrace near the sliding doors has a dining table and chairs: a nice place for your breakfast, lunch and barbecue/dinner. A large electric Weber barbecue is also ready for you. The garden faces south-west, so you have sun all day long. If desired, you can seek shade under the covered terraces or under the large oak tree or under one of the parasols. At the back of the house there is a (private) jeu de boules court, which is illuminated in the evening.

The house has a completely new interior and was awarded a 4-star classification by an independent agency in February 2023.

This holiday home is one of the largest types of villas in the villa park and therefore has a very spacious living-dining room with no fewer than 3 sliding doors, a modern luxury kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2x a refrigerator with freezer compartment. The kitchen is equipped with sufficient crockery, glassware, pans, oven dishes, bread boards, knife sets, etc.

The living room has heating via electric heaters and air conditioning.

The house has ample on-site parking (3 cars) and there is an option to charge your electric car (for a fee of €25 per week, per car) via a wall box.

Le salon dispose d'un canapé, de fauteuils, d'une table basse, d'une table d'appoint, d'une commode, d'un meuble TV avec une grande télévision et est confortablement meublé. La villa est équipée d'une grande télévision intelligente de 55 pouces avec toutes les chaînes néerlandaises et 2 chaînes belges. Bien sûr, vous disposez ici d’une connexion Wi-Fi de qualité et fiable. Dans le hall on accède au (3ème) WC séparé et à un placard de rangement contenant le lave-linge et entre autres l'aspirateur.

Depuis le hall, on accède également par une porte à un petit hall avec accès à 2 chambres ; la salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne, lavabo, radiateur sèche-serviettes et WC. Les 2 chambres du rez-de-chaussée ont toutes deux des portes françaises et des volets provençaux. Il y a la climatisation et des moustiquaires pour portes coulissantes.

La chambre principale dispose d'un nouveau lit très confortable et luxueux, à commande électrique, mesurant 2x90x200 cm. La chambre est équipée de volets et rideaux, porte moustiquaire, armoire, chaise, tables de chevet et liseuses, couettes et oreillers et literie en coton (service spécial : confectionné à votre arrivée).

L'autre chambre au rez-de-chaussée (n°2) comprend 2x un lit simple avec sommier à ressorts de 90x200 cm, volets, rideaux, porte moustiquaire, placard, chaise, tables de chevet, miroir, liseuses, etc.

Du hall escalier au dernier étage avec accès à la terrasse intérieure.

Sur le palier on accède à 2 chambres : la chambre 3 dispose d'un lit boxspring de 180x200 cm et la 4ème chambre dispose de 2 lits boxspring de 2x90x200 cm. Les lits disposent de couettes simples, d'oreillers, de molletons et sont faits pour vous à votre arrivée.

Les lits des chambres 2 et 4 peuvent également être séparés et il y a suffisamment d'espace pour un lit de camping.

Depuis le palier de l'étage, accès à la 2ème salle d'eau, équipée d'une douche à l'italienne, d'une vasque, d'un radiateur sèche-serviettes et d'un (3ème) WC. Salles de bains et chambres équipées de paravents roulants. Au dernier étage vous disposez également de la climatisation dans les chambres.

Si vous venez à 4 personnes, vous pouvez bien entendu également utiliser les deux étages, chacun avec sa propre salle de bain et sa terrasse. You can also book a canoe trip here and you will be picked up and delivered with one of the vans of the canoe rental companies or you can start at the bottom of the villa park! There are tours from 8 to 34 km.

The environment here is mountainous, very sunny (300 days a year), with often cloudless blue skies and an average summer temperature of approximately 32-36 degrees. In April/May/September/October it is almost always between 20-30 degrees and plenty of sun.

As a guest of the villa park you can also use the large general swimming pool with a paddling pool. You are of course also welcome on the 2 tennis courts, the basketball court, the 3 jeu de boules courts, the outdoor table tennis table, the small playground with seesaws, a playhouse and the fitness equipment. You can also use the facilities that the Reception under NL management offers you (including happy hour, meeting with sporting companies, the chicken and pizza truck comes once a week, etc.). During the May holidays and in the high season, fun activities are regularly organized such as a football or jeu de boules tournament, cycling or walking tour, and wine tasting. The activities are also posted at the Reception. It is also nice to enjoy all the activities on the terrace or the lounge corner or perhaps talk to some other people. Children often quickly find a friend here during their holiday.

There is also a lot to discover here for sporty cyclists; the surroundings are absolutely beautiful! How about the cycling climb to Sampzon, for example. You can already see the mountain from your garden! You can bring your own bicycles or rent them about 1 km away. distance.

The villa park is also a nice starting point for hikers. In the area you can also go horse riding, gliding, visit the lavender museum in St. Remèze, canoeing of course, visit medieval villages, but above all enjoy the peace, space, nature and the almost always beautiful weather. By the way: you can also enjoy reading your books by your own private swimming pool and having a BBQ!

One quiet dog is allowed in this villa - on request. Dogs must be well behaved, must not cause any nuisance or damage and are not allowed on the beds or couches. Dogs must be on a leash in the park and dog poop must always be cleaned up. The garden is completely fenced. Cleaning surcharge € 35. Registration of your pet, stating its breed, is required when booking.

Activities: you can rent a canoe, experience the sporty "canyoning", visit the lavender museum, visit the beautiful and famous "Grotte Chauvet du Pont d'Arc" and other pre-historic caves with beautiful lighting and music with a good explanation via headphones; there are markets every morning of the week and once a week in the evening, a visit to the bamboo gardens, gliding, mountain biking, horse riding, crocodile farm, the Adventure Climbing Park for a better Scouting feeling, the karting track, the nougat factory in Montelimar, the cities Aubenas, Vals les Bains, ancient and picturesque villages such as Labaume, Vogue, Barjac, Bannes.
