To avoid Saturday traffic jams on the French highways, the changeover day is Sunday.

Due to the beautiful elevated location you have a beautiful unobstructed view of the surrounding green hills with the Tanargue Mountains in the background. Sipping your rosé on the partly covered terrace or on a lounger by your own swimming pool, you will always look up from your book to take in the beautiful landscape.

The Ardèche River is 150 meters away with a spectacular waterfall. This can be reached by stairs from the park, where you will find a beach and a 'slide' for the many canoes that plunge down there in the summer, always a spectacular sight.

There is a pleasant tranquility in the villa park. There is occasional entertainment, such as a pétanque or football tournament in the high season at the reception area. There is a sports field with 2 tennis courts, basketball court, various jeu de boules courts, outdoor table tennis table and a large swimming pool with a separate paddling pool with water mushroom.

There is a bread service at the reception in high season and you can order a beer, wine, cup of coffee, ice cream or other snack.

The spacious garden surrounding the villa is entirely on one level.

Spacious living/dining room and kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms.

On the top floor there are 2 more bedrooms, 1 with a sloping roof, a bathroom with bath and toilet, a laundry room (Bosch washing machine and dryer), as well as an indoor balcony. All bedrooms each have 2 single box spring beds pushed together, in the master bedroom 90 x 210 cm and in the other bedrooms 80 x 200 cm. The bedrooms will be equipped with air conditioning in 2023. You will find your bed made upon arrival. The downstairs bedrooms have French doors leading to a terrace.

The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, induction hob. Hand blender, toaster, kettle, Nespresso, filter coffee machine and Senseo available.

The entire house is equipped with mosquito nets and shutters, keeping it pleasantly cool during the day. It almost always cools down nicely at night, but for the occasional really warm night, each bedroom has a standing fan and in 2023 there will be air conditioning in the bedrooms. You will sleep wonderfully here, with only the buzzing sound of crickets, frogs and owls in the background and the sweet scents of lavender, rosemary and pine trees!

Garden

In the beautifully landscaped garden there is a private swimming pool of 3.50 x 8 m, which is wonderfully heated throughout the season, with Roman steps, electric shutter, 1.50 m deep throughout. Surrounding a spacious natural stone terrace with 8 sunbeds.

The villa also has its own spacious jeu de boules court (balls provided) and a large trampoline (4.30 m diameter) with safety net.

Naturally, the villa has WiFi (also available on the terraces) and the television has Dutch-language channels.

Due to allergies of our children, the house is extra clean and practically furnished and pets and smoking are not allowed in the villa. The villa was assessed by an independent body in November 2022 and received a 4-star classification.

At the 4-star villa park "Les Rives de l 'Ardèche" in Vallon Pont d'Arc in the South Ardeche, you can exclusively choose from 21 villas at Meander Holiday Homes. All villas are well furnished and have every comfort. The Villa Park itself has a beautiful large swimming pool with a separate toddler area, a terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The park with the terrace and various (sports) facilities is only accessible to guests of this villa park.
