Very well located villa, located at some height, garden accessible via internal stairs or outside via a natural stone staircase. Living room is on the 1st floor and is directly adjacent to the garden.

The Domaine "Les Rives de l'Ardeche" has a reception, a large general (child-friendly) swimming pool surrounded by a terrace with luxurious sun loungers, parasols and a lounge area. There are also 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, a table tennis table, a playing field, 3 jeu de boules courts and a playground. The park is located directly on the banks of the Ardèche river, which you can walk to via a staircase from the park in about 2 minutes.

This holiday home "villa du Soleil" is one of the largest types of villas in the villa park. A very spacious living room with 3 sliding doors, open kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. The house is located on approximately 840 m2 of land. The garden faces South-West. The house is partly elevated with a beautiful natural stone staircase leading down on both sides. There is also an extra seating area downstairs. This terrace also provides access to one of the bedrooms.

Under the terrace roof, where you can sit on both the southwest and the south while enjoying a glass of wine, you can enjoy flowering plants and shrubs.

Villa du Soleil has its own heated (approx. 23-25 degrees) private swimming pool with Roman steps. Fairly shallow at the front, 1.10 m to 2 meters downwards. The swimming pool is equipped with an electric shutter, which, in addition to being child-friendly, also keeps the water warm. The garden has 2 garden sets, a total of 9 sun loungers and several parasols in various places. The garden has a fine lawn, several terraces, beautiful garden lighting and the garden is equipped with an automatic water sprinkler system.

Entrance, spacious hall with a very spacious wardrobe on the left. At the end of the hallway is the space for the washing machine. There is also a separate area with two bedrooms, each with patio doors. Between the bedrooms is the spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

Very spacious living room with 3 sliding doors with access to the covered terrace. The open, spacious kitchen is equipped with Siemens appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, combination oven/microwave). Furthermore, there is a fireplace, electric heating.

Living room has a 3-seater and a 2 ½ seater sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table and dresser. Here you will also find information brochures about the area.

On the same floor are the 2 other bedrooms with a separate bathroom in between, equipped with a bath in which you can shower, sink, toilet and another separate toilet. The villa has TV with reception of all Dutch and 2 Belgian channels; there is also a DVD player.

There is room for 8 people at the large wooden dining table. There are also 2 highchairs available.

The sliding doors have electrically operated shutters and all other windows have Provencal wooden shutters. The average summer temperature in this area is 32 degrees, with many warm days from March/April to October/November.

The du Soleil house has 4 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, each furnished with two single box springs. (3 bedrooms with 2 beds of 80x200 each and the master bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 200cm).

Each bedroom has a wardrobe and mirrors. There are also 2 children's camping beds and 2 high chairs. Bedding and duvets for the children's beds are provided.

The house has a carport adjacent to the storage room with the table tennis table underneath) and sufficient parking space for 2 cars.

The holiday home "du Soleil" is well located in the sun, but there are also plenty of shaded areas. The height differences are special, both in terms of the location of this villa on the villa park and in comparison with the surrounding holiday villas.

Do you want to go on holiday with good friends or family? That's easy here; the house is spacious and because of the layout this house has a lot of privacy. You can of course also rent a nearby villa with or without a private swimming pool (see the information about this on this website, including availability per house per week). Pets are welcome in this villa, provided they are quiet and free of runaways (there is no fencing other than shrubs).
