The Domaine has approximately 92 detached villas built on large plots, quietly located, approximately 3 km from the busy tourist center of Vallon Pont d'Arc. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with box spring beds of 80x200 cm. All bedrooms have air conditioning with remote control, shutters, mosquito screens, curtains, a chair, bedside table with lamp, mirror, etc.

Between the bedrooms is the spacious 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

2 children's camp beds are available with a mattress and 2 high chairs, use of which is free.

There is a covered carport with its own table tennis table and space for at least 3 cars in front of the house and on the side. This villa is located in a lower position compared to the villa park street; You then drive through the gate into the driveway that runs downwards to park.

Charging station available (Mono phase - type 2 connection; max. charging speed 7.2 kWh.). No fast charger. These are located at the tourist office in Vallon Pont d'Arc, 3 km away.

With its beautiful landscape and unique sights, the Ardèche is one of the most beautiful tourist destinations. The south of the Ardèche, where Vallon Pont d'Arc is located, is Provencal, so it has a sunny climate. There are limestone plateaus with green oaks, lavender and olive trees, caves and the rivers Beaume, Chassezac and Cèche. The rivers are suitable for every rowing pleasure, from calm water for beginners to extreme waterfalls for the daredevils.

Excursions: There is a truly beautiful nature, which offers inexhaustible opportunities for many sporting activities such as hiking, canoeing, kayaking, canyoning, jumping and horse riding. But you can also swim, (fly) fish, cycle and mountain climb. Be sure to visit the beautiful Chauvet caves, just a 15-minute drive from this holiday home.

In high season, the Reception offers, in collaboration with the park manager: bread service, jeu de boules tournament, football tournament, children's disco, horse riding, canoe trips, walk, wine tasting with the option of scootering through the vineyard. Announcements about this can be found at the reception building and will be sent to you weekly by email after booking.

There are many (approx. 100) tourist brochures in a folder in the house. I will also send you an information brochure with fun trips and tips about the house, the park and the surrounding area (markets, recommended restaurants, supermarket opening hours, etc.).
