This spacious holiday home with use of both a private and park swimming pool is located on the quiet 4-star domain "Les Rives de l'Ardèche" with detached villas on large plots of land. Via a good staircase from the villa park you can walk to the bank and the Ardèche river in 3 minutes.

Holiday home "Vue de Montagne" is rented to 2 - 5 to 6 people and has a heated private swimming pool of 7 meters long, 3.5 meters wide and 140 cm. deep and has a safe, electrically lockable roller cover. Safe for the little ones and the water stays nice and warm. You have air conditioning in the four bedrooms.

This holiday home is close to the park swimming pool and other facilities such as the 2 tennis courts, playground, fitness equipment, the reception with bread service and the 3 jeu de boules courts.

The house is equipped with a charging station for an electric car (no fast charger, these are located at the tourist office in Vallon Pont d'Arc, 3 km away).

Use after registration and payment in advance at €25 per week. by car. (Mono phase - type 2 connection; max. charging speed 7.2 kWh.)

Located in a quiet spot in the park with a child-friendly grass garden, various shaded and sunny terraces and a view of the hills. Moreover: located a very short (100 m.) walking distance from the communal swimming pool and sports fields.

The garden and terraces are located on the west and north, surrounded by hedges so good privacy, child-friendly lawn, flat garden, located at the top of the park. There is a trampoline available.

Ground floor: Entrance, hall with wardrobe, storage room with washing machine.

Door to the living room with 2 sliding doors and 3 windows, containing a 3-seater and a 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, dresser, coffee table, TV cabinet with large TV with reception of Dutch channels.

Walk through to dining area with large dining table and 8 chairs; open luxury kitchen with refrigerator + freezer, dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, electric hob (4 burners) with extractor hood; Kitchen equipment that is more than sufficient, including glassware and sufficient cupboard space to store your own belongings.

There are four bedrooms, equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold), mosquito nets, bedside table, reading lamps, chair, Provencal shutters and curtains. There are good box spring beds with duvets and pillows, which you will find made up with luxurious cotton bedding upon arrival.

Would you like to take a fantastic canoe trip of 8 or 34 km with the spectacular underpass through the famous centuries-old arch bridge in Vallon? Then you can book this excursion at the Reception (you will be picked up and delivered) or you start at the bottom of the villa park! From spring to autumn, this sporting activity attracts thousands of people from all kinds of countries.

If you take a tour by car or bicycle along the Ardèche river, a must! then you will always see plodding but certainly enjoying canoeists in the depths (the gorge).

There is a market somewhere every day, there are several centuries-old villages, and in every season there is beautiful nature where you can make beautiful trips.

If you are a sporty cyclist, you can also indulge yourself here. Mount Sampzon, visible from your holiday home, about 3 km away. distance, is a real test of skill. There are also beautiful hiking trails, famous caves, mountain climbing and other scouting activities. There is also a Lavender Museum, a crocodile farm, a car trip along the Ardèche river, or visiting the towns/villages of Vals le Bains, Ruoms, Aubenas, Barjac, Uzes, Largentière, Lavilledieu.
