This holiday home is located on the quiet 4-star domaine "Les Rives de l'Ardèche" with detached villas on large plots of land.

This very well maintained and well and completely furnished holiday home with AIRCO in the 3 bedrooms and in the living room, is suitable for 2 to 6 people and is a 2-minute walk from the beautiful large swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols and lounge area, 2 tennis courts, basketball court and playground. The villa is located in a very quiet area on a green lung and offers a beautiful view of the surroundings and the mountains. Via a walking path you reach the stairs that go to the Ardèche river (3 min. walk).

The villa park is quietly located on the banks of this river. In this area the sun shines almost 300 days a year and you literally have bright blue, cloudless skies.

In summer (July/August) the average temperature is around 32-36 degrees and in the early and late season it is already around 18-21 degrees and warmer; May and June average 24-30 degrees. There is often a nice breeze, which makes it easy to endure in the sun.

In addition, this villa has 2 covered terraces with an extension at the side and back of the house. So, enjoy your meal in or out of the sun, it's all possible. A luxurious Weber gas barbecue is also available, so...enjoy!

Or if you would like to eat out: Vallon Pont d'Arc is located about 3 km from the villa park and is a very pleasant tourist village and has many restaurants and terraces. But also in the immediate vicinity of the park there are about 5 restaurants within 1-1.5 km that you can just walk to. From real French food (3 course menus from € 13.50 to € 23) to pizzas and crêpes; something for everyone. There are also some more luxurious restaurants nearby that can be reached by car. You will receive all kinds of tips from us.

This holiday home faces west: the garden is so large that you can enjoy the sun all day long or seek shade if it gets too hot.

Ground floor: Entrance, large living room with high ceiling and 3 windows, 2 sliding doors overlooking the garden and giving access to the covered terraces. The living room has 2 sofas, armchairs, a fireplace, television with Dutch reception. Large wooden dining table with comfortable chairs. Air conditioning for both cooling and heating available.

Open modern luxury kitchen with all Siemens appliances such as oven/microwave/dishwasher and of course the beautiful luxury kitchen is fully equipped (from water jug to knife block).

Through the hall you walk to the bedrooms and the bathroom with separate toilet. Both bedrooms have garden doors and are equipped with good beds (2x90x210 and 2x80x200), hanging/cupboard, chair, bedside tables and lamps. The bathroom has a bath with shower option, sink.

Floor: landing with door to the covered terrace, there is also a laundry/ironing room. The 3rd bedroom has 2 beds of 80x200 cm. Next to the bedroom is the 2nd bathroom and is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. The 3 bedrooms have air conditioning (cold/warm) with remote control.

All windows have wooden shutters and shutters for the sliding doors.

The garden has been landscaped under architecture, is flat and has planted borders and filled with gray split. An automatic watering system ensures that all plants look fresh. In the garden there are various. garden and sun loungers, parasols and a luxurious Weber gas BBQ.

You can get baguette, croissants and a Dutch or Belgian newspaper with the bicycle that you will find in the shed. The bakery, fruit market and a restaurant are located just 1 km, just outside the park. For some people, getting bread on foot is also a nice sporty start to the day. In high season there is a bread ordering service and collection point at the Reception (please indicate your bread choice 1 day in advance).

You can spend the whole day at the beautiful large swimming pool, which has a separate toddler area with a water mushroom/fountain for the little ones. There are dozens of sun loungers, thatched parasols and a nice lounge area under a canopy so you can also seek the shade. There are also toilets and changing rooms.

You can also go to the reception building and terrace for an ice cream, soft drink, draft beer, coffee, sandwich or snack.

Next to the swimming pool are 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, an outdoor table tennis table, 3 jeu de boules courts, a small playground, football kicking field, badminton court and outdoor fitness equipment. So something for everyone. And... what is also fantastic: just descend the stairs to the river, only a 2-minute walk. Muse on the bridge, swim, play, meet people, spot canoeists or paddle in your inflatable boat.

At the 4-star villa park "Les Rives de l 'Ardèche" in Vallon Pont d'Arc in the South Ardeche, you can exclusively choose from 21 villas at Meander Holiday Homes. All villas are well furnished and have every comfort. The Villa Park itself has a beautiful large swimming pool with a separate toddler area, a terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The park with the terrace and various (sports) facilities is only accessible to guests of this villa park. Would you rather take a real canoe trip of 8 or 34 km with the spectacular underpass through the famous centuries-old arch bridge in Vallon? Then you can book this excursion at one of the many businesses that offer it along the way, plenty of choice! Or at the Reception: you will be picked up and returned. Especially recommended in high season because there are hardly enough parking spaces. From spring to autumn, this sporting activity attracts thousands of people from all kinds of countries. If you take a tour by car along the Ardèche river, a must by the way!, you will always see struggling but certainly also enjoying canoeists in the depths (the gorge).

There is a market somewhere every day, often in the mornings but also in the evening; there are various centuries-old villages, beautiful nature in every season where you can make beautiful trips. If you are a sporty cyclist, you can also indulge yourself here. Mount Sampson is a real test of skill. There are also beautiful hiking trails, famous caves, mountain climbing and other scouting activities. You can also visit the lavender museum, a crocodile farm, a car trip along the Ardèche river, the cities/villages: Vals le Bains, Ruoms, Aubenas, Barjac.
