Interior

The ground floor comprises a fitted kitchen, dining room and lounge. Wifi, DVD and TV.

1st floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, bath and 2 washbasins, separate wc.

2nd floor: a large loft comprising a large through bedroom, a separate bedroom and a spacious shower room with washbasin and toilet.

Set in 18 acres of wooded garden (not fenced) with fenced swimming pool, covered terrace with teak furniture, bar with mini fridge, and a superb petanque area. A renovated, open-plan barn with mezzanine provides additional space with a pingpong and kicker.

The south-facing aspect offers views over the surrounding countryside, the mountains and the charm of the view of a magnificent little hilltop village.

The farmhouse is divided into 2 completely independent houses. The neighbours are Parisians for whom this is a second home, and they are very friendly (the adjoining buildings are not a nuisance as the swimming pool and terrace areas are quite far apart).

Surroundings

Ideally situated, close to the Vercors and the Ardèche, this region will delight hikers, cyclists and horse-riders, as well as golf enthusiasts. Two tennis courts (for hire) are available just 1km away.

The region offers numerous possibilities for excursions (listed villages, small hilltop villages, typical Provencal markets, etc.) and will delight lovers of gastronomy (truffles, local wines, nougat, numerous organic products, etc.) and culture (museums, châteaux, concerts, etc.).

Just 15 minutes from the charming village of Dieulefit and Montélimar (numerous shopping centres), 20 minutes from Grignan, 45 minutes from Avignon, 1 hour from the Ardèche gorges, 1h30 from the Vercors...
