VILLA AU PETIT BONHEUR en Provence

The Provencal villa "Au Petit Bonheur" offers families and sports enthusiasts a unique holiday with an exceptional view over the valleys around Mollans and the Mont Ventoux. A 300 m long and steep private road takes you to this new holiday home.

Walking to the village, trips to the neighbouring Vaison la Romaine, Nyons or Buis les Baronnies or sporty bike rides through the beautiful valleys in the area are alternated with fun and rest in and around the 10x5 m swimming pool that is heated from Easter to November. The garden of 3000 m2 offers many shady spots under the olive trees.

The fully renovated villa offers you a modern equipped kitchen, tastefully decorated very spacious living room and sitting area with library corner and let you enjoy coziness and coolness during the hot summer days. Also during spring and autumn you can enjoy inside by the fireplace.

You can also cook outside on the BBQ with Plancha. On the terrace, directly accessible from the living room and the kitchen, there is ample space for 10 people. The terrace is oriented east and south. In the morning you can enjoy the unforgettable view of the valley and the Mont Ventoux with a cup of coffee. In the afternoon and evening the terrace offers sufficient shade.

Au Petit Bonheur has 5 bedrooms for 2 people each and an additional children's/baby room. All rooms and the 4 bathrooms have modern comfort. The Master Bed Room, which is located on the first floor, also has an IR sauna for 2 to 3 people. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for the necessary people. The 5 rooms on the ground floor have direct access to a covered terrace and the garden.

Villa au Petit Bonheur is a 15-minute walk from the village of Mollans sur Ouvèze and is an ideal base for beautiful walks. The valleys and slopes are dotted with vines, olive trees, plum trees, almond trees and apricot trees.

The Ouvèze and Toulourenc valleys are nearby. Strolling through the markets of Vaison la Romaine, Buis-les-Baronnies and Nyons are part of the weekly routine. Bédoin, Les Dentelles de Montmirail, Carpentras, Avignon, Fontaine de Vaucluse and Orange are also close by and a trip to the top of Mont Ventoux is a must.
