What makes this villa unique? It was originally designed for 10 people, so you can enjoy considerably more living space than usual. A spacious living room, an extra large covered terrace with a long gallery in the shade and four full bedrooms without sloping ceilings provide a feeling of freedom and comfort that is rare in holiday homes.

Step into the elegant living room with air conditioning, fireplace and Dutch television via Google Chrome. Enjoy long evenings together at the cozy dining area or conjure up culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a washer-dryer. Everything has been thought of: from fast wired internet connections in all rooms to board games for a cozy evening at home.

The villa has four spacious bedrooms, three of which have air conditioning and one with a ceiling fan. The master bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with extra long beds (210 cm), direct access to the terrace and a private bathroom with bath, toilet and a comfortable layout. In addition, there is a bedroom for two people on the ground floor and an extra toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms for two people and a bathroom with shower and toilet. You can also enjoy the covered terrace with seating area here.

Outdoor living at its best

The garden is a true masterpiece, designed by an architect and laid out in such a way that you can choose between sun or cooling shade all day long, while your privacy is guaranteed on all sides. Take a dip in the private pool (9 x 4.5 m, with a depth varying from 0.60 m to 2 m), surrounded by luxurious sun loungers.

Enjoy your meals under the covered terrace, under the shady mulberry trees, or play a game of jeu de boules on your own court. In the cooler months, the pool can be heated (at an additional cost) – so you can enjoy this dream location all season long.

Situated within walking distance of the river and close to the picturesque Vallon-Pont-d’Arc, Villa Chanteauvent is the perfect base for adventurous excursions and relaxing days. In high season, there is a food truck regularly on the park with pizza or chicken, for example, and you can order sandwiches and snacks at the reception. Various activities are also organised in high season, such as: electric bike rental, Happy Hour, canoe trips, yoga, tournaments such as football and jeu de boules, kids activities, horse riding, walks, scootering through the vineyard or a wine tasting. The park also has excellent facilities: a large communal swimming pool, children's pool, playground and tennis and volleyball courts - all freely accessible to you as a guest.
