Each family has its own covered terrace and shares the sun terrace around the 9.5 x 4.5 m swimming pool.
The sun terrace has the necessary sun beds.

The double house consists of 2 houses, each suitable for 6 people.
Each house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double bed and bunk bed. There is also a bathroom with shower, separate toilet and a living room with kitchen and sitting area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and coffee maker.
The house is very quietly located in the village of Chassagnes. There is ample parking and a petanque court for shared use.
The house is 2 km from the town of Les Vans, where you will find a bakery, butcher, department store, restaurants and cafes.
In the immediate vicinity of the house there is also a river, le Chassezac and the famous Bois de Païolives.
In short, the ideal base to discover the beautiful Ardèche.
