Holiday Home Chez Swan - Trois Cèdres

Chez Swan is a cozy stone house for two guests located in the Monts d’Ardèche Regional Natural Park, in the heart of the Ardèche near Saint Sauveur de Montagut.

The home, part of a farm built in 1723, enjoys beautiful views over the Eyrieux valley and the well-known cycling route Dolce Via.

With its shaded terrace next to the kitchen and private garden behind the bedroom, it offers a peaceful and romantic retreat in the midst of nature.

The house is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and a cosy living area decorated with authentic oil paintings by Peter Swan

The kitchen opens onto a spacious terrace ideal for outdoor dining. Upstairs is a bedroom with a double four-poster bed (160x200), shower, washbasin and a separate composttoilet.

The bedroom overlooks a garden. A wood stove provides warmth during cooler seasons.

The home is located in the small hamlet of Echarleyre in the Ardèche region.

The area offers stunning landscapes, hiking trails and picturesque villages.

The Dolce Via cycling route opposite the house follows the Eyrieux river and is perfect for exploring the region.

The property lies within the Monts d’Ardèche Natural Park, a UNESCO geopark known for its rich biodiversity and natural beauty.
