This stylish holiday home is perfect for both a relaxing stay for two and a comfortable stay for up to six people. When booking for two people, only the ground floor is used, allowing you to enjoy plenty of privacy and space. The entire house can be rented during the low and mid-season; in the high season it is available for two guests only.

The house has a total of three bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a spacious bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and a separate toilet. On the upper floor there are two additional bedrooms, a second bathroom, and a separate toilet in the hallway. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds measuring 90 x 200 cm and are located on the southeast side of the house. They can be accessed individually via the hallway.

From the bedrooms, French doors open onto the south-facing covered balconies, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Both the upper and lower floors are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring optimal comfort in every season.

The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, oven, and microwave, overlooks the private terrace, the garden with olive trees, and the mountain landscape. A wonderful place to cook together, enjoy long dinners, or simply relax with a good glass of wine.

The swimming pool is, of course, fully at your disposal, and parking is easy on the private property.

For the peace and safety of all guests, children are welcome from the age of 12.
