A cozy and fully furnished house which was newly built in 2012. Villa Lapero is equipped with every comfort according to Dutch standards!

The outdoor swimming pool of 5 x 10 meters has spacious steps. The first part is approximately 1 meter deep and the 2nd part is sloping 2 meters deep. There is a childproof alarm.

A very large terrace has been constructed around the swimming pool. There you will find sunbeds, a covered terrace and a parasol. There is also an outdoor shower.

The house has an open terrace of approximately 25 m2 and a covered terrace of approximately 25 m2. The furniture is ample, including chairs and of course a BBQ.

The double house consists of an 8-person owner's section and a 6-person rental section. So in principle you rent the 6-person section and are then the only tenant. The house will never be double occupied except after consultation.

Located 1000 km from Utrecht or just a 1.5-hour flight from Rotterdam or Charleroi, you can enjoy this beautiful environment all year round.

The 6-person house has 3 bedrooms, all with box-spring beds 90 x 200 cm and a linen cupboard, a bathroom with double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

The living room has a cozy sitting area with TV and DVD (Dutch channels) and a dining area for 6 people. Of course there is free WiFi coverage in villa Lapero.

Everything is comfortably furnished with completely new furniture. The entire house is tiled, barrier-free and on one level.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped, fridge-freezer, combination microwave, dishwasher and ceramic hob. Plenty of crockery, pans and whatever is needed. A coffee machine and Senseo are of course also available. In the separate utility room (2 steps up) there is a washing machine and dryer which you can use if desired. An ironing board, iron, cot and high chair can also be found here.

If desired, you can rent a linen and towel package.

Villa Lapero is located in a wooded and rural area near the village of Lunas, approximately 8 km from Bergerac where you will find all amenities.

The bakery is 1 KM from the house!

Villa Lapero is a completely newly built semi-detached villa in 2012, designed by the owner (architect).
