Recently renovated Perigordine with every comfort and outdoor swimming pool

The house is located on a 2.2 hectare domain in the middle of the woods, so you can enjoy your holiday here in complete privacy. Unfortunately we do not allow pets. (not even small dogs...)

The swimming pool of 12x5 m and 1.65 m at its deepest was constructed in 2016. The pool is filled with salt water, making it pleasant to swim (no chlorine that irritates the eyes...). Behind the swimming pool there is a pebble plateau where you can play petanque.

The overflow swimming pool has been equipped with a roller shutter since 2019. The swimming pool is partly equipped with a shallow ''plage'' where even the little ones can take a dip together with their parents.

There is a 130m² terrace around the swimming pool. The terrace is accessible via 2 gates with locks. There are 8 comfortable sunbeds and 2 parasols. You have extra shade under the patio.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher / oven / microwave / hob..... On this ground floor, next to the kitchen, there is a spacious room with a double bed of 1.8 m. Furthermore, a separate toilet, - Bathroom with shower/washbasin and living room with TV & DVD. (no satellite/or cable, but free (French) channels and the option to connect a USB hard disk). On the first floor there is a very spacious room with a double bed of 1.6m. This room is accessible via the bathroom (with bath / double sink and toilet). In addition to this bathroom, there is the third smaller bedroom with a 1.4m double bed. There is a fan for the upper rooms.

note: Most windows have an accompanying fly screen.

The house has all needed comforts: a full equiped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2toilets, a terras in front of the house and a private pool. No pets allowed ( even small one's )

ground level

From the entrance u arrive in the full equiped kitchen with induction fire, combined micro wave oven, dish wasser, a traditional oven, fridge with small freezer. In the center a table with chairs.

Recently a pellet stove was installed in the kitchen. This stove is the CH system of the house

The kitchen goes over in a central hall where there is access to the toilet. A other door lead you to the ground level bath room with rain shower and washstand.

Next to this bath room you have the living room with wood stove, TV and DVD.

Finally there is on the the other side of the building a ground lever sleeping room with twin bed. (180x210 cm)

All the ground level room have direct access to the front terras

First floor

The stair in the kitchen brings you to the first level. A motion sensor will light up a led strip on the stairs. Once up you have access to a small room with twin bed ( 140x210 ). Next to this room there is the second bath room with bath, twin washtand and toilet. This bathroom gives also access to the second large room with a 160x210 bed. a small baby bed is also on this room

the most nearby town with shopping possibilitie. Thursday = market day

Bergerac:

large city with plenty of shops. Saturday = market day

Limeuil:

Very charming small medieval town. the rivers Dordonge and Vésère joint eachother at this point. possibility to rent a boat

besides these towns there are plenty other beautifull places, bastides and castles like Château Biron, Château de Lanquais, Château Beynac, Beaumond, Monpazier, Eymet, Issigéac,
