Het herenhuis ligt ook op 7 km van het middeleeuwse stadje Clairac langs de oevers van de rivier de Lot met zijn strand, restaurants, bank en andere winkels. In de omgeving is er ook gelegenheid voor het huren van kano's, plezierboten en fietsen. Agen is de grootste stad in de buurt op 20 km met een themapark en het gebruikelijke stadsentertainment zoals winkels en restaurants.
