Holiday house 'Rose'; space, peace and a magnificent view

These former goat stables have become cozy holiday homes after a renovation. They are in the yard of Sans Parure, an old farmhouse from 1880.

The cottages are independent and have their own terrace with a beautiful view over the hilly landscape of the Combrailles. 

Children can play on the child-friendly terrain, surrounded and fenced. They can pet and hug the rabbits, and we will feed the chickens and sheep together. 

There is an above ground pool (over 3 m diameter) and there is a playhouse. In our snug corner 'Dans le fournil' or In the bread oven, you will find all kinds of (French) trinkets, new and second-hand items and homemade treats, such as jam and honey. 

In our vegetable garden we grow vegetables, lettuce, tomatoes, green beans, peppers etc. This, as well as seasonal fruit (such as strawberries, raspberries), herbs and fresh eggs from our chickens are available from us. There is a bread ordering service. 

Ordered the day before, the next morning delicious fresh croissants or baguette delivered to your house. 

Don't feel like cooking? Be surprised by the menu that is served outside. 

Listen to the crickets when it is dusk, chat a bit and take a last glass of wine .... welcome to Sans Parure!

You enter holiday home 'Rose' through two large greenhouse doors. Downstairs you will find the living room with sitting area and kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

On the first floor is the (low) sleeping loft with a double bed. Via a niche (which children really love) you enter the part where two single beds are. 

At holiday home 'A la campagne' you also enter through two large greenhouse doors. Downstairs you will find the living room with sitting area and kitchen, as well as the toilet. 

On the first floor is the spacious sleeping loft with a double bed. There is enough space for an extra bed. 

Both houses have a fully equiped kitchen, garden furniture and a so-called 'pompe à chaleur'. A system that works in the summer as air conditioning and in winter as heating. So throughout the year it is very pleasant to stay.

Quiet rural environment only 1 day drive from the Netherlands, in the green heart of France. This area has a huge range of cultural and sporting leisure options, but it also invites you to enjoy nature in a relaxed way. Buxières sous Montaigut is located in the northern part of the Puy de Dôme, the department of the extinct volcanoes (the Puys).

The many rivers and lakes are ideal for swimming, canoeing and (carp) fishing. In the surrounding villages and towns, many activities are organized in summer, such as flea markets, bocce competitions and jazz festivals. 

For the children Vulcania (feel how the earth trembles in an earthquake) is an experience. Or Le Pal a combination of amusement park and zoo in 1!
