Exclusive modern villa with all luxury amenities on the beautiful cliffs of Normandy with a breathtaking 180 ° sea view.
Our search for a cuttings abroad, somewhere on the sea, has been crowned with finding this beautiful domain in Normandy. It was love at first sight. The breathtaking sea view from the cliffs made our hearts beat faster. We immediately went to work to redesign the house. In Belgium we have an architectural firm; living, interior, exterior, ... that is what we like to do. We are happy to stay there and hope for the same for you!
In the house there are 6 bedrooms with double beds (box springs) and there is a 3-piece mezzanine with 8 single beds. So in total there are 20 sleeping places. 3 of the 6 bedrooms have their own terrace.
There are 5 bathrooms in total. 2 of these 5 bathrooms are directly connected to a bedroom (only access). 3 bathrooms have a toilet and there are two separate toilets.
The following appliances are available in the equipped kitchen : microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, coffee machines (Senseo, Nespresso, 2 coffee machines), induction hobs, hood, American fridge and freezer. Next to the kitchen there is a storage room with washing machine, dryer, iron and board.
The house has spacious terraces for optimal enjoyment of the garden. There is a barbeque set on the terrace.
There is a large grass playground for children. There is a kubb game and petanque game. There is a billiards table in the house.
Via the internet (Telenet and Yelo TV) a large number of Dutch-language channels can be watched. A netflix subscription is available free of charge.
There is an indoor pool under a conservatory with fully sliding windows. The pool has no heating; from mid-May to September, the water is at swimming temperature due to the construction of the conservatory.
There is a sauna and Jacuzzi.Jacuzzi stays at operating temperature all year round.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties are not allowed in the house or in the garden.
