Welcome to Villa Aphrodite, a modern, single-story villa located in Pouzols-Minervois (11120), in a peaceful, wooded natural setting.

Perfectly equipped for six people, this bright, south-facing house boasts a private heated pool, a large covered terrace, and a comfortable interior with two bathrooms and three bedrooms.

All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned for added comfort. Mosquito nets have also been installed in the bedrooms. Bright, cozy living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, which opens directly onto the covered terrace through large sliding doors.

- Two with comfortable box-spring beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm), one of which opens onto the garden.

- One bedroom with en-suite bathroom and box-spring beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm).

- Spacious bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet.

- Additional, separate toilet in the hallway.

To maintain the tranquility of the area, parties and noisy gatherings are not permitted.

Additional costs: €50 booking fee, €135 cleaning fee.

Electric cars may not be charged via the villa's mains power supply (for safety reasons).
