This very comfortable and beautifully situated villa on the edge of a village has a view over the village, the landscape with vineyards, forests and the lake up to the Montagne noir. In the village you can get fresh bread every morning on foot or have a nice drink in the local bar. The lake (Lac de Jouarres) is 10 minutes away for water sports and the Mediterranean Sea is relatively close. There are many sights to visit in the immediate vicinity. Afterwards you can relax in the jacuzzi in the evenings and enjoy the view and the clear starry sky.

The living room (40m²) and the open kitchen (12m²) connect to the covered terrace and the large terrace. The kitchen is of course fully equipped and next to the kitchen is the storage room with washing machine, dryer and extra fridge/freezer. There are three bedrooms. These bedrooms have two single beds (90x200). One of these bedrooms has its own TV and patio doors to the large terrace. The third bedroom has its own shower with sink. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. There is a guest toilet in the hallway. The covered terrace opens onto the kitchen and has a beautiful view of the village and the surrounding area. From the living room you reach the large covered terrace, where a wide staircase leads to the terrace with the heated private swimming pool (4x9), sun loungers, lounge set and jacuzzi. It is wonderful to stay here and enjoy the peace, space and of course the view. The whole is surrounded by a garden with Mediterranean plants where the palm tree occupies a prominent place. There is of course a BBQ and a summer fireplace with lounge set at your disposal. You can park your car in front of the house, of course on the private property. 

Additional costs for the rental: Reservation costs 37.50 euros, final cleaning of the villa 100 euros, electricity costs according to the meter. It is then possible to rent towels, sheets, high chair, cot and others to complement your holiday. These costs will be invoiced to you together with the deposit bill, two weeks before the rental period. you will also receive additional information about the property as well as the travel description.
