Located in the heart of a typical village, in a landscape of vineyards and olive trees, 5 minutes from the medieval town of Sommières, 40 minutes from the sea, 20 minutes from Nîmes, 30 minutes from Montpellier
This comfortable and spacious house (+/- 300m2) has been inhabited by its owners for over 30 years and is furnished with second-hand furniture and objects
Family home, built in 1699 around a patio, thick walls, vaults, terrace, hallway, garden, a multitude of small corners that you can decorate yourself to read, laugh, sleep, eat. A soul to discover, praised by all the residents; big and small
Approximately 300 m2 divided into 4 double bedrooms, including a master suite, 2 lounges, living room, 2 large flowered terraces (one of 45 m2 with barbecue), 3 shower rooms
According to the residents, the garden and the swimming pool are an oasis of peace, sheltered from prying eyes. Let yourself be lulled to sleep by the rustling of the bamboo or enjoy the generous shade. Spaces with a very varied atmosphere, where both large tables and small quiet corners can take place: everyone will find what they are looking for here.
INSTALLATION, at the end of your journey, you can pick up your groceries at the supermarket's Drive 3 km away, and choose vegetables and fruit that have ripened to perfection. Once you've been welcomed, all you have to do is open your suitcases, the beds are made and you can dive into the pool, lulled by the song of the cicadas. The pool is secure, with salt filtration, and three large ‘beaches’ serve as paddling pools for the enjoyment of young and old alike.
