Welcome to Villa Le Paradis, a spacious holiday villa for up to 10 people, located in a quiet and natural environment in Cazedarnes (34460).

Full of charm and character, the villa enchants with its vine-covered walls and warm atmosphere. You will enjoy a large private swimming pool, spacious sun terraces and a beautiful, green garden - ideal for relaxing and enjoying together.

Perfect for large families or holidays with friends, it is conveniently located close to Béziers and Roquebrun, a charming village known for its water sports activities such as canoeing – ideal for a day trip.

A spacious and comfortable interior

This 170 m² villa offers generous living spaces and a comfortable setting. The fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the terrace and pool through large sliding glass doors and connects to a bright and welcoming living area.

The villa features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, spread over two levels. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the lower level (basement). Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed.

The ground-floor living spaces and bedrooms have access to the swimming pool area, which is reached via a staircase. The lower level is also accessed by stairs.

One of the bedrooms on the lower level has French doors opening directly onto the garden, providing natural light and direct outdoor access.

Please note that the villa is not equipped for guests with reduced mobility or disabilities, as access to the different areas requires the use of stairs.
