Welcome to Les Hirondelles, a spacious family villa located in a green, quiet area in the heart of the Minervois, in Félines-Minervois. Here you will find everything for a successful holiday: peace, comfort, a heated private swimming pool, large enclosed garden and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

Félines-Minervois is a charming village, surrounded by garrigue, vineyards and hiking trails - a typical landscape of the Languedoc. In the nearby area you can discover the beautiful Minerve (one of the most beautiful villages in France, just a 15-minute drive away), or Carcassonne, the famous medieval city on the uNESCO World Heritage Site (30 minutes). The region is bursting with natural and cultural riches: the Canal du Midi, the Gorges de la Cesse, the Lac de Jouarres, plus countless wineries, local markets and walking routes between vineyards, pine forests and lime plateaus. A true piece of the South of France, full of nature, heritage and art of living.

The house (174 m²) can accommodate up to 8 people and guarantees optimal comfort all year round, thanks to air conditioning, underfloor heating and good thermal insulation.
