This charming and comfortable two-story holiday home accommodates up to six guests and is fully equipped for a relaxing stay. It features a lovely kitchen with a wood-burning stove, a cozy terrace, and a garden with a heated swimming pool—perfect for an active or cultural getaway. The detached house, complete with a large barn, is surrounded on three sides by a spacious garden.

Located in the quaint hamlet of Les Forges near Bouhy in the Puisaye, right on the border of Yonne and Nièvre.

Inside, you’ll find a living room with a TV, DVD player, iPod docking station, sofa bed, and fireplace (wood included), plus a dining room, two bedrooms, and one bathroom with a toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout.

The kitchen includes an electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, blender, and toaster.

Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a king-size bed and another with two double beds. The bathroom offers a double sink and shower.

Outside, enjoy a large fenced yard with lawn and trees, garden furniture, sunbeds, a private pool (55x12x2m deep), terrace, BBQ, outdoor dining area, ping pong table, and two parking spaces.

The detached house is located in the charming hamlet of Forges, near the village of Bouhy in the beautiful hills of Burgundy. In the area you will find cozy towns and villages. Many visitors come here especially for the Guedelon Castle or for the many ceramics exhibitions and pottery activities in St. Amand and Puisaye. It is an ideal place for walking or cycling.
