Our comfortable holiday home is fully equipped and offers space for 8 people. Where you can park your car directly at the villa.

The house contains a spacious living room with comfortable seating area. Where you can relax and watch TV. The houses both have a well-equipped kitchen, where you can cook together.

In addition, the house both have three bedrooms Two "masterbedrooms" for two people and a bedroom with two bunk beds.  

On the covered terrace there is a wooden table for eight people, as well as four sun loungers. On the terrace is the swimming pool of 5m x 10m.  

The pool is family-friendly and safe.

You can also use a playing field behind the swimming pool. There you also have the opportunity to dry your laundry on the dryer, which stands for your convenience. Both houses have a storage room and there is a washing machine available for each house.

The villas are located in the department "Le Gard" in the middle of the vineyards of this beautiful wine region. With five minutes you sit in the sun on the river "D'Ardeche" and it is only an hour to the Mediterranee! Pont Saint Esprit where the Rhône and the Ardêche merge is the nearest town. 

Furthermore Avignon, Uzès, Orange, Goudargues, the Mont Ventoux, the Pont de Gard, the Pont d'Arc and many other sights are a few dozen kilometers away. 

Very close you will find the medieval village of Aigueze and also the beach of Saint Martin d'Ardêche
