The house
At the ground floor there's a very large living room, with television and fire-place. A large kitchen with fire-place, cooker with two ovens and all equipment necessaire (connecting wash-room).
Acces to the garden.
At the upper floor you'll find three bedrooms of which 2 have a bathroom. One bedroom has an outdoor, private little terrace.
At an extra floor there is a large master-bedroom, with a stylish decorated bathroom. In the older days, this area used to be the storage-room for the olives.
Attached to the house there is an extra characteristic 'studio'. Including bed- sitting room with stylish bathroom (shower) and little kitchen. Its own patio-terrace with fish-pond.
The garden
The garden is quiet. (except for the rustle sound of the stream down below). Situated fully southerly.
The garden is composed of floors. Swimming pool, several terraces, BBQ outhouse, "Tahiti" bamboo-hut for the "Zen" ambiance.
Lots of fruit trees, a camp of play-cabins for the children.
Rate
The price to pay for a weeks-stay in the Mill in high-season is 3.500/3.600,- euros (minimum two-weeks stay). For 3-weeks stay 3.150,- euros.
Cleaning-costs amount 100,- euros as for a week and 200,- euros final cleaning-costs. (at the end of your stay).

Characteristics
4 bedrooms with doubles and single beds, which 3 of them have bathrooms.
The house is fully equipped; washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, television, telephone, WIFI internet connection, linnens and towels, etc.
Historical Olive-oil Mill from the 17th century, transferred into a very charming, characteristic villa located in a natural setting at the Cote d'Azur.
The Mill is situated at a very small quiet road nearby the typical and very old village of Saint Jeannet.
From the house you overlook the mountainside and the antique railroad-viaduct (no longer in use).
Deep down, connecting the garden, is the river-stream "La Cagne", which provide a relaxed rustle-sound all over the garden.
Environment
Location of the Mill is nearby the old village of Saint Jeannet,(5 min.) and the region town Vence (10 min.).
Saint Jeannet (400m upon sealevel) is located on the impressive "Baou" a mountain of 800m., on which you can walk to the top. From up there is a breath-taking view over the coastal side, from Monaco, Nice to Antibes.
Nearby (touristical) villages as Vence and St. Paul de Vence with an importand art-, paintings- and gallery-character. Vence is well known for the summer music-festivals.
A 30 minute drive will bring you at down-town old Nice, with georgeous petite shops, ancient alleyways, terraces, restaurants, and boulevard along the azure blue ocean.
Monaco, Antibes and Cannes about 45 min. by car. The beaches nearby are Cagnes-sur-Mer (15 min.) and Juan-les-Pins (30 min.).
The airport of Nice is about 15 min. driving.
Activities
Plenty of walking (hiking) possibilities. "Around the corner" and further down towards the mountains (Mercantour). Mountainbike, Golf, Horseback riding, Climbing, Tennis and Swimming.
Activity parcs for the children, such as Marineland, adventure parks (from tree-to-tree-parcours), Labyrinth, and the real castle of the Monaco-family in Cagnes-sur-Mer.
Shops and restaurants
Supermarket, delicious bakery shop, and several others are within one mile from the Mill.
Plenty of small, provençale, family-restaurants in town and villages around and you will also find the exclusive quality restaurants if you wish.
In general, the food is good!!
