Villa "Le P'tit Paradis"

Beautiful south-facing Provencal holiday villa with swimming pool (5x11). Equipped with all comfort and luxury! Fenced parking for 5 cars. View on hills and mountains and at only 20 minutes from the sea. Very quiet location in the Val du Tignet, a lively community next to Peymeinade at the west of Grasse - the world famous Parfum City. At only 25km from Cannes and beaches. Nice airport is 45km away.

The villa is inhabited all year round, well maintained and furnished so that you can enjoy a "home feeling". The peace and well-being in our house are the opposite of the busy days filled with all sorts of activities. You can practice your daily jogging by getting the traditional baguettes and croissants at the local bakery. We really do our outmost to provide you an unforgettable holiday. 

For our guests we have a TV-parabola with 500 channels available. (English & international channels as well). WIFI of course... 

After having studied 3 years in defining the ideal place on the French Riviera, the Alpes-Maritimes convinced us. You can enjoy peace and have the opportunity to discover, visit, shop, play golf and enjoy so many other things.

Outdoor Kitchen : Small Weber BBQ. 2 electric baking trays 6 - 8 people. Deep fryer, Food processor, Grill, 2 toasti machines, Toaster etc ...

The domain (2600m²) is completely fenced and has 2 entrance gates. In a "clos" with 3 villas, it is very quiet without any hindrance from traffic noise and yet so close to the main road. Public Transport.

The location is very favorable both towards the coast and towards the hinterland. At 15 minutes drive you reach the A8 which brings you to ST. Tropez and Marseille as well as to Monaco. To reach Cannes and the beaches you drive 10 minutes towards Grasse where the "Pénétrante" takes you directly to Mougins, Cannes, Mandelieu and / or Antibes.

By car you come from the North via the A8 and take the exit (39) Les Adrets / Lac de St. Cassien, by the way a very fine artificial lake where lots of water fun is experienced.

It is a quiet but vivit environment. We are 500 meters away from a small shopping center where 2 supermarkets, hairdresser(s), pharmacy, fitness center, bar-tabac, rôtisserie, 2 bakkeries, bar tabac, pub and restaurants are located.

There are also caves, forest, cycling and walking routes in the - although hilly - environment. The markets of Peymeinade, St Césaire, Valbonne are certainly worth a visit, as are the great perfumers and respective museums in Grasse. The artistic village of St. Paul de Vence is certainly within reach.

The region is also the "Walhalla" for golf fans. In the immediate vicinity you have 6 golf courses (Claux-amic, St. Donat, 2 in Opio, Royal Mougins and Terre Blanche in Fayence). There are at least 10 to 15 in a radius of 30 km)
