There is a cozy sitting room with fireplace, separate area with dining table and a mezzanine with study and library. From the living room you enter the kitchen with all amenities, such as a (Miele), dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator.

A washing machine, dryer and an extra refrigerator / freezer can be found in the garage. There are 3 airconditioned bedrooms, all on the ground floor, each with two single beds.

Our house is located between Valbonne and Biot - both charming Provencal villages with a variety of restaurants, and delicious food shops (escpecially in Valbonne)
