The villa features three comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide peace and comfort. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and has an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet. This bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and includes a shower and washbasin. The third bedroom is furnished with two bunk beds (accommodating four guests with 90 x 200 cm beds), making it ideal for children or teenagers. The third bathroom is located in the hallway and features a spacious walk-in shower and washbasin. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet in the hallway. The utility room is equipped with both a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

From the spacious and inviting living room, you have direct access to the large covered terrace and the heated private swimming pool measuring 4.5 x 10 metres. Comfortable sun loungers surround the pool, inviting you to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden offers complete privacy, tranquillity, and stunning views of the rolling Minervois countryside. A charcoal barbecue is available for enjoyable summer evenings, and you can park your car safely and conveniently on the villa's private grounds.
