Just a stone's throw from local shops, this tastefully furnished villa with a garden, heated pool, and several terraces offers a pleasant and intimate setting to fully enjoy the South of France. Perfect for those who love village life yet want to maintain a sense of tranquility.

The living room (40 m²) and open-plan kitchen (12 m²) on the upper floor are air-conditioned and offer direct access to a pleasant terrace and the pool. A fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine are located on the ground floor.

One bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a private bathroom (Italian shower, sink)
