Completely renovated gîte with every comfort on a former wine estate. The domain consists of 5 houses, a B&B and 4 apartments in the castle, almost all inhabited by Flemish people. There are three swimming pools, one for the castle, one for the B&B and one for the 5 houses. The garden of the gîte is completely fenced and on the terrace there is a table with chairs, garden chairs and a parasol.
The gîte has 2 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room, a bathroom with bath, shower and 2 sinks and a separate toilet. A washing machine is also provided. Wifi and consumption of electricity and water are free.
in the village of Pennautier (2 km) you will find a bakery, butcher and grocery store. There are also many picturesque villages in the area and the Medieval Carcassonne (world heritage site) is 6 km away. You can enjoy cycling or walking along the Canal du Midi.
