Located in a calm, wooded area, this pleasant and completely renovated villa for 6 people is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The heated swimming pool with its spacious terrace, the view and the covered terrace allow you to enjoy the southern French life until the early hours. The villa is also an excellent starting point for the many sights that this region has to offer. Location: Pouzols-Minervois
General:
This villa has a tastefully decorated living room, nicely decorated bedrooms and a beautiful large terrace around the pool. There is a large supermarket and other shops 7 minutes away by car. In this same village there is a large regional weekly market on Tuesdays. You can take a lovely walk from the villa in the nearby nature. The beach is relatively close and there is a small lake about a 10-minute drive away. There are many sights to visit in the area.
Furnishing:
The living room (30m²) and the fully equipped open kitchen (9m²) are tastefully decorated and have air conditioning. There are two bedrooms on the left side of the house, 1 of which has a double bed (140x200) and the other two single beds (90x200). The third bedroom is located on the right side of the house, is slightly more spacious and looks out to the terrace. Here too a double bed (160x190). The bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink is practical and modern. There is a second toilet next to the front door
Outside the house:
Adjacent to the living room is the covered terrace with the dining table. Directly connected to it is the large terrace with heated swimming pool (4x8). There is plenty of room for sun loungers around the pool and here again the beautiful view. The house is surrounded by the garden and a playground for children. The whole thing gives you a wonderful feeling of freedom. There is of course a BBQ at your disposal. The parking is located at the front of the house on its own grounds.
