The holiday resort is located just outside Quillan, a characterful village in the Aude, in the southern French region of Occitanie. This area is known as the Pays Cathare, a cultural region full of history, medieval castles, local gastronomy and beautiful nature. 
Around the park you will find a varied landscape of vast valleys, Mediterranean forests and the imposing Pyrenees as a backdrop. This makes the area ideal for nature lovers and active holidaymakers: you can go hiking, mountain biking, horse riding or take part in guided tours through the surrounding valleys and mountains. 
The location of Quillan offers a perfect combination of tranquility and adventure. In less than an hour and a half drive you can reach the Mediterranean Sea with beautiful sandy beaches at Perpignan, Argelès-sur-Mer and Collioure, while the mountainous areas can have snow-covered peaks until summer, ideal for various seasonal activities. 
Close by are also numerous historical and tourist attractions such as the castle of Quéribus, the famous citadel of Carcassonne and the charming market town of Mirepoix. In addition, there are beautiful local wineries, artisan markets and cultural attractions that will further enrich your stay.
