This villa located on a ridge has a tasteful and practical design and a cozy terrace with south-facing swimming pool. The house is located on the edge of the village of "Trausse-Minervois, with a pleasant view from the living room and the north side. Wonderful for walking, cycling, mountain biking or relaxing by the private pool. There are plenty of sights and several excursions to do in the area. Lac Jouarres is a 15-minute drive away with a beach and the possibility of swimming, canoeing, windsurfing and fishing.

Furnishing:

This house has a spacious living room with a view on the north side and patio doors to the covered terrace and swimming pool on the south side. The open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and washing machine. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed (180x200) and one bedroom has two single beds (90x200). The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and double sink. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.

Outside the house:

On the south side of the house is a cozy covered terrace (also ideal for spring and autumn) with a cozy dining table where you can enjoy a delicious glass of local wine. The swimming pool is connected to the covered terrace via a small staircase. There are plenty of sun loungers and enough space to park your car in the villa grounds.
